Dahlia Wellness, LLC is a private practice focused on providing connected, personalized, in person and online mental health therapy to empower and support you.

At Dahlia Wellness our number one priority is your comfort and emotional safety.  We specialize in creating an atmosphere of acceptance.  Therapy will always go at your pace, follow your lead, and be considerate of the immense bravery it to ask for help.

Dahlia Wellness is physically located in historic Saint Augustine, Florida and open for in person therapy.  Virtual therapy is also available for residents of Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Vermont. 

The therapists at Dahlia Wellness hold clinical counseling or social work degrees and are bound by the laws and rules of the state or states in which they are clinically licensed.  Dahlia Wellness is committed to providing the highest level of ethical and quality care. Therapists participate in frequent continuing education.

Dahlia Wellness is all gender/sexual orientation affirming and believes that black lives matter.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Resources for LGBTQ+ youth:

The Trevor Project is a nonprofit organization  focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth. Through a toll-free telephone number, it operates The Trevor Lifeline, a confidential service that offers trained counselors

If you or a loved one are experiencing domestic violence and need support:

Every contact to The Hotline is personal. Some people who reach out to us identify as survivors of abuse, some as concerned friends or family members, some as abusive partners seeking to change themselves.

Mental Health Emergency Disclaimer: If you feel like hurting yourself, are having thoughts about killing yourself that you intend to act on, have thoughts of killing others that you intend to act on, or are having a mental health emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are concerned about a loved one and need to call 911 let the dispatcher know it is a mental health emergency and ask for an officer specifically trained in responding if possible.
